Finding what you need is easier than ever. Our improved search functionality on both the planning board and utilization board enables you to locate specific staff members or projects effortlessly, streamlining your planning and resource allocation.
Simplified expense code management
We’ve simplified expense reporting without disrupting your experience. System admins and project managers can now select which expense codes are available for specific projects, making expense entry and cost tracking a breeze.
Track and report on timesheet submission date
Report administrators can now track when time entries were submitted, helping with project management and accountability. This addition enhances transparency and reporting accuracy.
Simplify payments with BigTime Wallet
Adding AutoPay to BigTime Wallet will help process payments more quickly and efficiently.
We’re excited to introduce AutoPay as part of BigTime Wallet. Powered by our new partnership with BlueSnap, enrolling in AutoPay allows your clients to save payment information and you to streamline payment processes. This means you can reduce administrative work and help your clients make secure transactions quickly and effortlessly.

Following BigTime’s 2023 acquisition of Primetric, we’re thrilled that our forthcoming advanced resource management solution is now in beta. Our advanced resource management capabilities will empower you to plan strategically, anticipate resource demands, optimize utilization, enhance resource matching, and access vital insights.
