Schedule payments, get paid faster
Introducing scheduled payments. Your clients now have the ability to proactively schedule any payment before a due date you determine, which means you’ll get paid faster. Cut down on late or missed payments, issuing late fees, and extra back and forth with clients.
Informed decision-making = quicker decision-making
We’ve included a new pre-built report that shows your team’s availability on a weekly basis. Run it to get more visibility into your team’s free time and make decisions with more data at your fingertips. Check out the “Free Time, Detail (Weekly)” under your allocations reports.
More data flow between BigTime + Sage Intacct
For Sage Intacct users, consolidated invoices in BigTime will now post over to Intacct. Consolidated invoicing combines multiple transactions within a time period into one invoice, making billing easier on both parties. That means fewer invoices for you to create and fewer invoices for your clients to track down. You’ll also spend less time on manual entry, reduce lost invoices, and bring order to your payment cycle.
Taking a step forward with accessibility
You might notice new button colors in your BigTime account. While we know there’s more to do, we’re excited to take a step forward in our accessibility efforts to increase readability and create a functional platform for all.
