Easily manage failed payments in BigTime Wallet
BigTime’s secure payment solution now provides failed payment notifications, making it easier to stay informed about payment status and resolve payment issues. When a payment fails for any reason, Wallet customers and their clients will receive a notification in BigTime with four key pieces of information:
- Why the payment was rejected
- Which invoice the failed payment pertains to
- The outstanding amount
- A link for the client to reattempt payment
Rest assured, we’ll also reflect real-time payment status in your payment history so you always have a handle on your cash flow.
Tip: Never miss an update! Turn on email notifications to get all updates sent directly to your inbox in addition to the standard notification in BigTime.
Track A/R credits from Sage Intacct easily in BigTime invoicing
When an accounts receivable (A/R) credit is applied to an invoice posted from BigTime to Sage, it will automatically import into BigTime as a payment. BigTime will update the invoice balance to reflect the credit amount, helping you keep track of and manage partial payments more efficiently.
More automated data flow between Sage Intacct and BigTime
When a project is imported from Sage into BigTime, your “bill-to” contact on the Sage project will automatically import into BigTime as a designated billing contact. This automatic transfer eliminates the need for manual entry.
