Earlier this year, we launched a new BigTime Mobile app for iPhone and Android for a group of Beta customers. Not only did we upgrade the user experience, we rebuilt the underlying architecture to ensure a faster and more reliable performance. Our new design aligns seamlessly with the BigTime web application, delivering a cohesive experience for all users, regardless of how they access BigTime.

To kick off our rebuild, we sifted through customer reviews, NPS comments, feature requests, support tickets, and interviewed many customers using the current BigTime app to determine the areas that required improvement.
Special thanks to the hundreds of Beta testers who provided rigorous testing and feedback throughout a four-month early access period. Their contributions have already led to 6 releases since the first Beta launch with dozens of enhancements — and we are not slowing down.
