With a team of over 70 BigTime users, Dave Kurzman, the COO of Litigation Consulting at Magna Legal Services, faced the daunting task of scaling the financial operations of Magna Legal Services. We moved to Sage from QuickBooks knowing we’d be able to integrate with BigTime.”. Now, Magna is able to sync data between the two systems to save time on data entry and eliminate inconsistencies.

With the BigTime and Sage Intact Integration, Magna Legal Services found new avenues for efficiency. Invoicing and billing became more streamlined, thanks to new automation build-outs in Sage. Customizing invoices also became a breeze, empowering the team to focus on their core competencies and accelerating their overall business processes.
The migration from QuickBooks to Sage wasn’t just a technical upgrade; it was also a strategic move. As Magna ventured into mergers and acquisitions, the reporting capabilities of Sage became indispensable. Dave explains, “QuickBooks did not allow us to wrap up multiple companies and do all the financial reporting Sage allows us to do”.
BigTime’s integration with Sage supports Magna’s M&A strategy by facilitating the integration of operational data. This enables Magna to have a holistic view of their business, spanning across various business management systems and helps drive comprehensive financial reporting.
