Every month BigTime is getting better and easier to use. We’re focused on helping your business operate smoothly so you can stay focused on what you do best.

New this month: a new location for common rate cards, the ability to upload your own invoice PDFs, a beta announcement for multi-currency billing & invoicing, among other updates. Read on for all the new additions this month.

Introducing dashboards

Make better decisions, surface problems faster, and discover new insights to improve results. With dashboards, you can configure visualized data for immediate access to easy-to-understand metrics that keep the focus on delivering for customers and the business.

Simplified workflow for managing common rate cards

We moved the common rate cards section to its own spot in the rates tab for easier access. Instead of finding it in a drop-down menu, you can now manage rate cards by simply clicking on the Add/Edit Common Rates button.

Import projects by HubSpot deal for a streamlined project workflow

Easily import projects by their associated HubSpot deal. There’s no need to manually enter project information, saving time and reducing the potential for errors. By syncing project data with HubSpot, you can ensure that your teams have accurate and up-to-date information, which can lead to more successful projects and happier clients.

Efficient project management with activity/labor code mapping via API

You can now map activity and/or labor codes at the project level via the API, which speeds up project tracking and reporting while also reducing the potential for errors.

Improved payments data flow between BigTime Wallet and Sage Intacct

Payment data now flows smoothly from BigTime Wallet to Sage Intacct, ensuring all payment information is accurately recorded and saved in both systems for easy bookkeeping and accounting.

Streamlined skills management entry via API

You can now manage employee skills via API. This means you can use the API to add, update, and sync employee skills information which ensures data consistency and additionally saves you time.

Upload your own invoice PDFs

You can now upload your own invoice PDFs for more control over formatting. This means invoices you create outside of BigTime can also be sent directly from BigTime, which makes it easier to use BigTime Wallet and reap the benefits of an integrated payments experience.

Multi-currency billing and invoicing is in beta

We’re testing out the ability to bill clients in their local currency, even if it’s different from yours. The ability to work in multiple currencies is called ‘multi-currency’ and it means you can use BigTime to create and manage your billing rates in virtually any currency. A small group of customers is currently testing it out to make sure it works smoothly and is easy to use. This group will also help us find ways to make it even better and identify any problems. Stay tuned!
