購物流程 Shopping Procedures

 

1.        若你還不是Fiobeauty會員，請先點選加入會員並詳填個人資料。若已是會員者可直接進行購物。

 

2.        可跳回首頁開始選購您欲購買之商品，將其產品點選 “加入購物車”，即會加入於頁面中

 

3.        於購物車頁面中您可以選擇
       （1）繼續購物 -- 數量與金額會累加至您原先的訂單之中。
       （2）修改訂單 -- 若您想取消訂單內商品，只要勾選該商品的“刪除”，即可。
       （3）結算中心 --完成購物進入下一步。

 

4.        完成線上訂購手續後，請等候我們處理您的訂單, 訂單確認后, 系統會發Email通知，確認您的訂單是否有貨，若因掉信因素而未收到，可至客戶服務中交易記錄查詢是否訂貨成功。

 

5.       收到確認電郵后, 請登錄檢查訂單和參考訂購單" 商家留言" 內附的匯款銀行資料, 請于三天內匯款, 逾期不另行通知, 訂單將自動取消
 

6.        匯款后, 請登錄用后中心, 點選我的留言,  主題填“PAYMENT” / 匯款資料:

        匯款數額:
        訂單號碼: 
 

7.     匯款確認後，貨品將於1～2個工作天內寄出, 系統將會電郵通知包裹號碼.  星期一到星期五都有出貨, 星期六~日及假日休息. 所有訂購商品都以郵寄方式發貨.  如果信件跑到您的垃圾箱, 您也可在包裹發送后, 參考訂單內的包裹號碼.

Shopping Procedures:

Register as a member and login with your member ID and password. 
 

Start shopping by adding the product to your shopping cart.
 

You will be directed to shopping cart when item added.  Click "continue shopping" ( 继续购物)  if you want to add more items otherwise you may click“check-out”(结算中心)  to continue next step. 

If you want to change the item quantity, you may key in the quantity you want and click  "update shopping cart" (更新购物车)

To delete item, you may click  ( 册除 );  To clear shopping cart ( 清空购物车 )

 

After completed check-out process,  you may wait for email confirmation for stock availability after we processed it.  You can also login member site to check order confirmation in case email went to your junk mailbox.
 

After you received order confirmation, kindly login to verify and refer to 1st  portion of the order for banking details.
 

Please arrange payment within 3 days, order will auto-cancel if no payment received in 3 days.
 

After payment, please drop a message in member message board by providing the following information:

Banked-in to:

Amout Paid:

Order no:                

        

Item will mail out in 1-2 working days after payment received.  System will email tracking number to you after item sent.   Tracking number also can be found on invoice.

 

 All parcels will send out by mail only.
